He also advises private equity clients on the tax aspects of forming and operating investment funds.

Since joining Golden Flag, Joseph has been involved in the following matters:
Consortium of Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) in the $6.2 billion acquisition of ALLETE, Inc. (NYSE: ALE).
KKR and GED Capital on the acquisition of Eugin Group.
Prior to joining Golden Flag, Joseph was involved in the following matters:
KKR in a wide variety of matters, including internal restructurings, the acquisition of Global Atlantic, the take-private of John Laing Group PLC and the carve-out of Wella from Coty Inc.
KKR in raising its Americas, Europe and Asia-focused real estate funds and in raising a number of private credit and real estate credit funds.
EQT in the acquisition of Cast & Crew and the sale of Aldevron.
EQT in raising its flagship funds and its infrastructure funds.
Stone Point Capital in the acquisition of Duff & Phelps and the acquisition of Ascensus.
Blackstone in the spin-off of its financial advisory business and its subsequent combination to form PJT Partners.
