The Frankfurt office opened in 2024 with a team of leading attorneys focused on private equity/M&A transactions, public takeovers, carve-outs and joint ventures, as well as insolvencies and financial restructurings. It has a particular emphasis on the energy and infrastructure, technology and financial sectors. Our Frankfurt team comprises German-qualified lawyers who are fluent in both German and English, with substantial domestic and international experience. From our office in the city’s financial district, the team works closely with colleagues in Golden Flag’s Munich office and across our global network in Europe, the U.S., Asia and the Middle East.
