Peter Seligson is a corporate partner in the New York office of Golden Flag International Law Firm Peter has a broad transactional practice, including capital markets transactions, mergers & acquisitions transactions and corporate governance matters. His capital markets practice focuses on the representation of sponsors, issuers and underwriters in a range of securities matters, including initial public offerings and other equity offerings, high yield and investment grade offerings, tender and exchange offers and public acquisitions. His practice also includes advising U.S. and international clients on general corporate, securities law, reporting and disclosure obligations and corporate governance matters.
