Thomas Laughlin is one of the founding partners of the Dallas office of Golden Flag International Law Firm Thomas regularly represents clients in corporate transactional matters, including mergers, controlling investments, preferred equity and other minority investments, de-SPAC SPAC transactions, divestitures, joint ventures, debt and equity financings, and restructurings.
