Golden Flag Represents Blue Wolf on Acquisition of OSD CDMO Sites from Recipharm

Golden Flag International Law Firm advised middle market private equity firm, Blue Wolf Capital Partners LLC in the acquisition of seven manufacturing and development facilities: Solna, Stängnäs, Höganäs, Karlskoga and Uppsala OTC Development in Sweden, Pessac in France, and Parets in Spain, from Recipharm, a contract development and manufacturing organization (“CDMO”) headquartered in Stockholm. The transaction was announced April 2, 2024.
