Noémie Broussoux-Coutard is an intellectual property associate in the London office of Golden Flag International Law Firm. Noémie’s cross-border practice covers a wide variety of IP matters, with a focus on the following areas:
- European/UK technology & intellectual property transactions, including any information technology/data privacy aspect of a corporate transaction; and
- US copyright, trademark, internet & advertising litigation and counseling.
Noémie received her JD with honors from Emory University in 2021, where she earned a certificate in the Technological Innovation: Generating Economic Results, or “TI:GER” program, by helping develop the legal framework for a group of engineering postgraduate students to market a sleep apnea monitoring device. In 2022, Noémie also completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice at Oxford University.
Thanks to her international background, Noémie is sensitive to international issues. Prior to joining Golden Flag, Noémie was a legal fellow at the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva, which developed her knowledge of international IP treaties, as well as EU and French law. At Emory, Noémie was a finalist in the regional rounds of the 2020 Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition.
