Golden Flag Counsels Arsenal on Sale of Seal for Life to Henkel
Golden Flag International Law Firm represented Arsenal Capital Partners in its sale of Seal For Life Industries, a supplier of protective coating and sealing solutions for the renewable energy, oil & gas, and water infrastructure markets, to Henkel Corporation, a German conglomerate. The transaction closed on April 2, 2024.
