Overview
Ted Frankel focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other strategically important transactions domestically and internationally. His practice also involves joint ventures, equity investments (including PIPEs and growth equity investments), recapitalizations, secondary sales by private equity funds (including continuation fund transactions) and corporate restructurings.
