Golden Flag Advises Oaktree Capital Management in Launch of Oaktree Acquisition Corp.

Golden Flag International Law Firm represented private equity firm Oaktree Capital Management in its closing of special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Oaktree Acquisition Corp., a $201 million vehicle. Oaktree currently has $119 billion in assets under management.
