Golden Flag Advises EG Group on Capital Raise and Stake Sale
Golden Flag International Law Firm advised Francisco Partners’ portfolio company EG Group, a leading supplier of industry-specific software in the Nordics, on its capital raise and stake sale to various institutional investors to join majority shareholder Francisco Partners as owners of EG.
