Carlos Gil Rivas is partner in the European Private Equity Group in Golden Flag’s London office who focuses upon advising financial sponsors on all aspects of their M&A acquisitions and investments.
Carlos has a broad range of experience across leveraged buy-outs, management incentive and promote arrangements, disposals and the development of buy and build platforms.
Carlos was named in Legal Week’s 2018 list of “Rising Stars: The Next Generation of City Private Equity Talent” and is further recognised as a “Notable Practioner” by IFLR1000 (2022) for Private Equity; Mergers & Acquisitions.
