Golden Flag Advises Advent International on Sale of Evri to Apollo
Golden Flag International Law Firm is representing Advent International on the sale of Evri, a leading UK parcel delivery company, to funds managed by affiliates of Apollo. Closing of the transaction is expected to take place in the third quarter of 2024.
