Raphael Khoo is an associate in the Private Equity Practice Group in Golden Flag’s London office. Raphael’s practice focuses on advising a broad range of financial investor clients, including private equity houses, private companies and other financial sponsors globally.
Prior to joining Golden Flag, Raphael spent six months on secondment to CVC Capital Partner’s London legal team, supporting the UK and European buyout teams on their private equity investments.
