Chanel Yusuf-Bishop is an investment funds associate in the London office of Golden Flag International Law Firm.
Chanel advises and represents clients with respect to all aspects of the structuring, establishment and operation of international private funds, with a primary focus on private equity, infrastructure, secondary and credit funds. She also has experience with related carried interest and co-investment arrangements.
Chanel has experience with fund structures in the Channel Islands and has previously worked offshore.
