• Montagu Private Equity on its acquisition of ISI Emerging Markets Group from CITIC Capital and Caixin Global
• Polhem Infra on its SEK 9.45 (c.$1.06) billion acquisition of Telia Carrier, the world's largest Internet backbone network, and its investment in the 231MW Skaftåsen onshore wind farm
• THI Investments on its acquisition of Oxford International Education, a UK accredited independent education provider, from Bowmark Capital
• GS Acquisition Holdings Corp II, a SPAC sponsored by an affiliate of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., in its $2.6 billion business combination with Mirion Technologies, Inc. (a portfolio company of Charterhouse Capital Partners)
• APG Asset Management on the acquisition of a stake in, and joint venture with, SiFi Networks
• Antin Infrastructure Partners on its sale of Kellas Midstream, a North Sea midstream infrastructure business, to a consortium of GIC and Blackrock
• Wren House on its acquisition of Voyage Care, a specialist social care provider in the UK, from Duke Street and Partners Group
• PKA, PFA, ATP and funds managed or advised by Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets on the c. $6.6 billion take private of TDC A/S, the listed Danish telecoms company
• Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 3 on the c. €1.31 billion sale of its interest in Kastrup Airports Parent ApS, the ultimate owner of Copenhagen Airport, to Ontario Pension Plan Board / ATP
