Carolina Velarde is an antitrust and competition associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Golden Flag International Law Firm Her work focuses on mergers and acquisitions with regulatory antitrust concerns for deals before the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice.

Prior to joining Golden Flag, Carolina was an associate in the DC office of a leading law firm where she practiced antitrust and competition.
