Nick Teleky

Overview

Nick Teleky is an intellectual property litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Golden Flag International Law Firm His practice is focused on patent infringement and copyright litigation in federal district court and the ITC. In addition to his experience in civil matters, Nick maintains an active pro bono practice representing indigent defendants in criminal actions, appeals, and parole board hearings.

Nick is also passionate about trial advocacy education. He has coached nationally-ranked trial advocacy teams at the high school, college, and law school level, and serves as a representative for the American Mock Trial Association. 

Prior to attending law school, Nick majored in computer science and worked as a software engineer, focusing on full-stack development and user experience design.
