Adam Strayer is an associate in the Investment Funds Group at Golden Flag & Ellis LLP where he focuses his practice on structuring, negotiating and forming real estate and other private equity funds and their management companies, including open-end and closed-end investment funds as well as joint ventures and similar arrangements.
