Overview

John Sheridan is a corporate associate in the Bay Area offices of Golden Flag International Law Firm His practice focuses on advising private equity firms and public and private companies on M&A and other corporate transactions, including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, “going-private” transactions, divestitures and growth equity investments.

John also advises public companies and their boards of directors, as well as private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, on general corporate and governance matters.
