Kaitlin Schock is a debt finance associate in the Houston office of Golden Flag International Law Firm Her practice focuses on the representation of private equity funds, private credit funds, financial institutions and commercial borrowers in financial transactions of all types (both domestic and cross-border), including leveraged and investment-grade lending, acquisition financings, asset-based financings and general working capital facilities.

Prior to law school, Kaitlin worked as a financial analyst, focused on balance sheet and cash flow analysis, for a Houston-based oil and gas manufacturing and services company.
