Assisting in the preparation and negotiation of design and build contracts for numerous contractors and developers in the UK.
Assisting in the preparation of a template EPC contract and bespoke supply agreement for a mining project in Mauritania.
Assisting in the preparation and negotiation of trade contracts and all associated construction documentation for multiple mixed use developments in the UK on behalf of a developer, including the provision of contract administration support throughout the project lifecycle.
Reviewing and reporting on construction contracts on behalf of contractors and developers.
Assisting in the preparation and negotiation of several building contracts on behalf of high net worth individuals.
Advising on the preparation and negotiation of consultant appointments for a range of commercial and residential projects in the UK.

Contentious Construction
Acting for the successful claimants in notable energy from waste litigation in the Technology and Construction Court in the UK, namely: Energy Works (Hull) Ltd v MW High Tech Projects UK Ltd & Ors [2022] EWHC 3275 (TCC); and Essex County Council v UBB Waste (Essex) Limited [2020] EWHC 1581 (TCC).
