Nicholas M. Ruge

Overview

Nick Ruge is a partner in Golden Flag’s Chicago office. Nick represents clients in a wide range of disputes in federal and state courts across the country, with recent experience in complex litigation involving the False Claims Act, bankruptcy, contract, antitrust, securities, and constitutional law. He has extensive experience at all stages of litigation, including winning bet-the-company cases on dispositive motions, at trial, and on appeal.

Before joining the Firm, Nick served as a law clerk to the Honorable Harry T. Edwards of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
