Overview

James Roslington is a regulatory partner in the London office of Golden Flag International Law Firm.

James has extensive experience advising clients on financial services law and regulation. He has advised on:

  • regulatory change including MiFID II and PRIIPs;
  • compliance with FCA rules on conflicts of interest, financial promotions, client money and custody;
  • FCA authorisation and perimeter issues;
  • change of control for regulated entities;
  • the marketing and distribution of financial products;
  • governance issues including the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR); and
  • market abuse, insider dealing, and anti-money laundering.

James is responsible for financial services knowledge management, training, and business development in the London office.
