He also represents issuers and sponsors in initial public offerings, secondary equity offerings, high yield and investment grade debt offerings, convertible securities offerings and tender and exchange offers.
Brad has led representative matters ranging in size from several million dollars to over $12 billion across a variety of industries, with a particular focus on software and technology sectors.
