W. Brian Raftery is a corporate partner in Golden Flag 's New York office. His practice is principally concentrated in the areas of corporate, debt and equity financing, growth capital investing, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures with a focus on private equity transactions. He has represented investors in acquisitions and divestitures of public and private companies including leveraged buyout transactions; private placements and public offerings of debt and equity securities; formation of and the placement of interests in private limited partnerships; and general corporate matters.
