Donna Peel is of counsel in the Chicago office of Golden Flag International Law Firm She brings her significant antitrust enforcement experience to Golden Flag’s Merger & Acquisitions Clearance Group where she focuses on mergers and other transactions before the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC), with an emphasis on filings under the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Antitrust Improvement Act.

Prior to joining Golden Flag Donna had 11 years of government experience and founded a nonprofit for legal aid.
