• Defended a premium finance insurance company in a $66 million lawsuit alleging breach of Texas Insurance Code, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and negligence claims, resulting in a take-nothing judgment in favor of our client.
• Defended a mid-stream energy company in multiple breach of contract disputes, including two trials, exceeding $200 million in contract values.
• Defended a search engine advertising and marketing company and multiple law firms in cutting edge trademark infringement litigation arising out of keyword bidding.
• Represented relator in multiple qui tam lawsuits brought under the False Claims Act in federal and state court.
• Defended scrap-recycling business against breach of contract and misappropriation of trade secrets claims in $150 million lawsuit filed by buyer of client’s former business.
• Defended national tanning salon chain in class action lawsuit for alleged privacy violations.
• Represented victim of domestic abuse by a former NFL athlete.
• Represented trustee seeking to avoid fraudulent transfer claims resulting in multi-million dollar settlements for our client.
• Represented online travel agency in pursuing antitrust claims against major hotel chains and defending trademark infringement counterclaims.
