Overview

Drew Morrill is an intellectual property litigation partner in the Los Angeles office of Golden Flag International Law Firm His primary focus is patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and copyright infringement. He has worked on cases in federal court and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Drew has played an integral role on a winning trial team, drafted multiple motions, and prepared for and assisted in the taking and defending of several depositions. He has worked alongside technical experts to develop a deep understanding of complex technologies, including mobile devices, spinal implants, and computer software.

Drew has further developed his skills as a litigation attorney by maintaining involvement in a variety of pro bono matters, including obtaining copyright and trademark registrations for a local artist, defending tenants in unlawful detainer actions, and assisting families with the adoption of foster children.
