Since joining Golden Flag, Shelby has been involved in the following matters:

• Bernhard Capital Partners in its $1.252 billion acquisition of New Mexico Gas Company, Inc., the largest natural gas utility in New Mexico, from Emera Inc.
• Talen Energy in the $785 million sale of its 1,710 MW portfolio of natural gas-fired generation facilities in ERCOT to CPS Energy.
• Bernhard Capital Partners in its $1.2 billion acquisition of CenterPoint Energy, Inc.’s gas distribution business in Louisiana and Mississippi.

Prior to joining Golden Flag, Shelby was involved in the following matters:

• Schneider Electric in its global carve-out and binding commitment to divest of its industrial sensors business to Yageo Corporation.
• TotalEnergies Renewables USA in its acquisition from Austin, Texas-based Core Solar, LLC of 4GW of utility-scale solar and energy storage development projects across several U.S. states and power markets.
• Saudi Arabian Oil Company in its acquisition of Valvoline Inc.'s (NYSE: VVV) Global Products Business for US$2.65 billion.
• Fusion Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: FUSE), a SPAC, in its US$2.2 billion business combination with MoneyLion Inc., America's leading digital financial platform.
• An industrial-focused private equity firm and its portfolio company in a series of acquisitions of manufacturers of high-quality durable and graphic intensive barcode labels.
• An industrial-focused private equity firm and its portfolio companies in a series of acquisitions of value-added resellers of AIDC labels, media and hardware for healthcare, manufacturing and industrial end-markets.
• A renewable energy-focused private equity sponsor in several line of equity investments in various renewables companies.
• Schneider Electric Company in its investment in AlphaStruxure, a joint venture with the Carlyle Group, focused on development and execution of microgrid infrastructure projects and stand-alone EAAS microgrids.
• AlphaStruxure, a joint venture between Schneider Electric and Carlyle Group, in its restructuring and its Integrated Fleet Electrification Infrastructure Project, a first-of-its-kind EaaS fleet electrification project.
• AlphaStruxure, a joint venture between Schneider Electric and Carlyle Group, in its contract to design, build and operate integrated microgrid infrastructure at the New Terminal One (NTO) at John F. Kennedy (JFK) International Airport in New York.
• Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (OTCPK:HTZGQ) in the US$7.22 billion reorganization and recapitalization of the company in the context of the company’s Chapter 11 proceedings.
