- TDR Capital on its acquisition of a majority stake in Asda Group
- Asda Group in the acquisition of EG Group's UK and Ireland operations for an enterprise value of c. £2.27 billion
- Blackstone on the acquisition of Winthrop Technologies
- Digital 9 Infrastructure plc on the sale Ardian of 100% of Verne Global, a leading data center platform diversified across the UK and Nordics. Verne Global’s Northern European data center platform includes five data center campuses in London, Iceland and Finland
- Triton Partners in its formation of Triton IV Continuation Fund
- KPS Capital Partners on the acquisition of Sport Group
- Various financing matters, including KKR-backed IVIRMA Global to complete its €1.25 billion refinancing and Zentiva Group in the amendment and extension of its €1.825 billion European TLB facility and €145 million revolving credit facility
- KKR and its portfolio companies in numerous transactions, including:
- its acquisition of a stake in FiberCop for €438.7 million;
- its acquisition of nexeye; and

- Awaze Limited (Platinum Equity) on various matters (including litigation) arising out of the acquisition of Wyndham Worldwide’s European vacation rental business and disposal of Landal GreenParks unit to Roompot

- Permira Advisers LLP on the acquisition of:

- Domestic & General on the refinancing of D&G’s existing capital structure with new bond issuances and revolving credit lines
- Nouryon Chemicals BV on the establishment of new securitisation platform
- GIC Private Limited on a minority acquisition in AC Energy Philippines for an aggregate consideration of approximately PHP20 billion
- Sculptor Capital Management as advisor to the lead committee of creditors of Steinhoff Europe AG in the approximately €9 billion cross-border restructuring of the Steinhoff group
