Kristin L. Mendoza is a corporate partner in the New York office of Golden Flag International Law Firm Kristin advises public and private companies, including private equity firms and strategic investors, in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, reorganizations and other general corporate matters, focusing in the energy and infrastructure sector.
Kristin maintains an active pro bono portfolio relating to rule of law and media freedoms with the Media Law Working Group of the International Senior Lawyers Project.
