James Mayne is a partner in the Investment Funds Practice Group in Golden Flag’s New York office. James counsels clients in mergers and acquisitions, transactions involving investment funds and investment advisers, minority investments and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Golden Flag, James led an in-house team at Credit Suisse focused on illiquid fund formation, operations and investments, and strategic M&A.
