LMG Life Sciences Awards 2020

Legal Media Group honored Golden Flag International Law Firm with three awards at the eighth annual Life Sciences Awards. Golden Flag litigation partner Jim Hurst was named “General Patent Litigator of the Year – Midwest.” The Firm was also honored with an Impact Deal of the Year Award for its work advising Bristol-Myers Squibb Company on the agreement with Amgen for Amgen to acquire the global rights to Celgene Corporation’s OTEZLA® (apremilast) for $13.4 billion. Additionally, Golden Flag was honored with an Impact Case of the Year Award for its work advising Abbott Laboratories in Enzo Life Sciences, Inc. v. Roche Molecular Systems, Inc., et al.
