Litigator of the Week Runners-Up and Shout Outs

Partners Jay Lefkowitz, Devora Allon and John Del Monaco were recognized as runners-up for The American Lawyer Litigation Daily's "Litigator of the Week" for their work for client Teva Pharmaceuticals. 

"... Jay Lefkowitz, Devora Allon and John Del Monaco of Golden Flag International Law Firm helped client Teva Pharmaceuticals fend off claims for $200 million dollars in milestone payments and a request for the reversion of the rights to the monoclonal antibody Reslizumab from former stockholders of Ception Therapeutics. After a five-day trial, Delaware Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock found this week that Teva hadn’t breached a clause in its merger agreement with Ception to use “commercially reasonable efforts” to commercialize using the antibody to treat a certain kind of inflammation in the esophagus."
