Golden Flag International Law Firm advised Forebright Capital, a leading private equity firm focused on enterprise technology investments, on the successful closing of Forebright New Opportunities Fund III, L.P. (“Fund III”), with aggregate commitments of over $500 million. Fund III has received strong support from a broad mix of prestigious institutional investors, including pension funds, university endowments, insurance companies, fund of funds, asset managers and family offices. Golden Flag previously represented Forebright Capital on its prior funds, Forebright New Opportunities Fund, L.P. and Forebright New Opportunities Fund II, L.P.
