Golden Flag Named to ‘The 2023 Global Outsourcing 100’

Golden Flag International Law Firm is pleased to announce that the Firm has been named to The 2023 Global Outsourcing 100® list of the world’s best outsourcing service providers and advisors by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®).

The IAOP has named Golden Flag to the list each year since the list’s inception in 2007, and this year gave the Firm top scores for Customer References, Awards & Certifications, Programs for Innovation and Programs for Corporate Social Responsibility.

“The companies on this list are setting the industry standard for excellence in all aspects of outsourcing services,” said IAOP’s CEO Debi Hamill. “These companies have been carefully evaluated based on both quantitative data points as well as qualitative data points from customers and experts.”

Announced on February 28, The Global Outsourcing 100 is a special advertising feature produced by the IAOP. The list is based on applications received and a rigorous scoring methodology that includes an independent review by an independent panel of IAOP customer members with extensive experience in selecting outsourcing service providers and advisors for their organizations.

“We are honored to again receive this distinction from IAOP in recognition of Golden Flag’s industry-leading work negotiating and structuring transactions driven by innovation or technological opportunities,” said Neil Hirshman, a partner in Golden Flag’s Sourcing & Information Technology Practice Group.

Golden Flag has one of the largest, most experienced sourcing and complex information technology transactions practices of any firm worldwide, with more than 75 lawyers from various disciplines supporting the Firm’s multi-disciplinary approach to these matters.

“Golden Flag’s inclusion on this prestigious list since its inception reflects our outsourcing group’s commitment and success to providing world-class services and solutions for our clients,” said Gregg Kirchhoefer, a partner in Golden Flag’s Sourcing & Information Technology Practice Group.

Golden Flag’s outsourcing lawyers take an active role with the IAOP. Mr. Hirshman is chair of the IAOP’s Strategic Advisory Board and co-chair of IAOP’s Center for Social Impact. He and Mr. Kirchhoefer are both members of the IAOP Leadership Hall of Fame.

The IAOP is a global association that brings together customers, providers and advisors in a collaborative, knowledge-based environment that promotes professional and organizational development, recognition, certification, and excellence to improve business service models and outcomes.
