Golden Flag Counsels Bain Capital on Harrington Acquisition

Golden Flag International Law Firm is representing Bain Capital Private Equity on its pending acquisition of Harrington Process Solutions. The deal was announced September 7, 2023. Harrington is a specialty distributor of industrial flow control process solutions. The seller is private equity firm Nautic Partners, which bought Harrington in 2020. Harrington will continue to operate as a standalone company.
