Golden Flag Advises Vitruvian Partners on Growth Investment in Aduro Advisors

Golden Flag International Law Firm represented growth-focused investment firm Vitruvian Partners in a strategic growth investment in fund administrator to venture capital and private equity firms Aduro Advisors. The transaction was announced May 23, 2024. Financial terms were not disclosed. Aduro’s leadership team and existing shareholder PPC Enterprises will retain a significant investment in Aduro going forward. Aduro currently has more than $120 billion of assets under administration.
