Golden Flag Advises TPG Real Estate on Acquisition of Cinespace Studios
Golden Flag International Law Firm advised TPG Real Estate Partners ("TREP"), the dedicated real estate equity investment platform of alternative asset firm TPG, on its acquisition of Cinespace Studios in Chicago and Toronto (“Cinespace”). Cinespace is the second largest independent sound stage platform in North America with best-in-class studio campuses. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
