Golden Flag Advises Talen on Sale of Zero-Carbon Data Center Campus
Golden Flag International Law Firm counseled Talen Energy Corp. (OTCQX: TLNE) on the sale of its 960-megawatt Cumulus data center campus in northeast Pennsylvania to a major cloud service provider. As part of the transaction, Talen and the cloud service provider have agreed to a long-term power purchase agreement whereby Talen will sell carbon-free, behind-the-meter power to the service provider from Talen’s adjacent Susquehanna nuclear plant.
