Golden Flag Advises Specialty Network on Decision to be Acquired by Cardinal Health for $1.2 Billion
Golden Flag International Law Firm counseled Specialty Networks, a technology-enabled multi-specialty group purchasing and practice enhancement organization, on its definitive agreement to be acquired by Cardinal Health (NYSE: CAH) for $1.2 billion in cash. Specialty Networks creates clinical and economic value for independent specialty providers and partners across multiple specialty GPOs: UroGPO, Gastrologix and GastroGPO and United Rheumatology.
