Golden Flag Advises Providence Equity Partners on Investment in A2MAC1

Golden Flag International Law Firm advises Providence Equity Partners (“Providence”) on investment in A2MAC1, a leading provider of vehicle benchmarking insights and solutions across the mobility industry.  

Providence has agreed to invest in A2MAC1 together with Five Arrows Principal Investments, and the transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023, subject to customary closing conditions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
