Golden Flag Advises Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners on its Majority Investment in Crowley Wind Joint Venture

Golden Flag International Law Firm represents Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (MSIP) on the formation, together with U.S. supply chain leader Crowley, of a new joint venture, Crowley Wind Services, to advance wind energy solutions for the United States.

MSIP will hold a majority stake in Crowley Wind Services while Crowley will operate the business. Crowley Wind Services will focus on repurposing and operating existing U.S. port facilities, and leasing them to offshore wind developers for manufacturing, assembly and storage of wind farm components as well as providing developers with maritime services such as Jones Act-compliant feedering vessels to transport components from ports to offshore wind installations.
