Golden Flag Advises Incline on Sale of SPI for $960 Million
Golden Flag International Law Firm counseled Incline Equity Partners, a Pittsburgh-based private equity firm, and its portfolio company Specialty Products & Insulation (SPI) on an agreement to sell SPI to TopBuild Corp. (NYSE:BLD) in an all-cash transaction valued at $960 million.
The Golden Flag team was led by corporate partners Walt Holzer and Melanie Harmon and associate Mike Bassi; and tax partner Roger Lucas and associate Chris Worek.
