Golden Flag Advises Incline on Purchase of GME Supply Co.
Golden Flag International Law Firm counseled Incline Equity Partners, a Pittsburgh-based private equity firm, on its acquiring of GME Supply Co., a leading omni-channel distributor of fall protection, safety and productivity equipment. Headquartered in Columbia, MO, GME supplies a comprehensive selection of fall protection, rigging materials, workwear and PPE to technicians and contractors working in the telecom, utility, aerial construction, renewable energy and other industrial markets.
