Golden Flag Advises HgCapital on Majority Investment in Nomadia
Golden Flag International Law Firm advises HgCapital (“Hg”), an investor in European and transatlantic software and services businesses, on its majority investment in Nomadia, a European SaaS provider of smart mobility solutions. As part of this transaction, the Nomadia management team and former majority owners will continue as investors in the business.
