Golden Flag Advises GTCR on Strategic Investment in Visionary Broadband
Golden Flag International Law Firm advised GTCR LLC (GTCR), a leading private equity firm based in Chicago, Illinois, on its strategic investment in Visionary Broadband (Visionary). The transaction will allow Visionary to continue investing in the construction of new fiber networks throughout Wyoming, Colorado and Montana. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
