Golden Flag Advises EQS Group on Exclusive Negotiations to Acquire Data Legal Drive
Golden Flag International Law Firm is advising EQS Group as it enters into exclusive negotiations for the acquisition of French company Data Legal Drive, a key player in the GDPR and anti-corruption compliance software market. EQS is an international cloud software provider for corporate compliance, investor relations and sustainability reporting and a portfolio company of Thoma Bravo. The transaction is expected to finalise in the coming weeks.
