Golden Flag Advises Blackstone on Closing of $2.3 Billion Rover Acquisition

Golden Flag International Law Firm advised private equity funds managed by Blackstone on the close of the acquisition of Rover Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROVR), the world’s largest online marketplace for pet care, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $2.3 billion. Under the terms of the agreement, Rover stockholders received $11.00 per share in cash. Rover’s common stock has ceased trading and will be delisted from the Nasdaq.
