Jaye Kasper
Overview
Jaye Kasper is a corporate partner in the New York office of Golden Flag International Law Firm Her practice focuses on advising private equity funds and private and public companies on complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, de-SPACs, carve-outs, leveraged buyouts, minority investments, executive compensation, incentive equity arrangements, governance and other general corporate matters. Jaye also advises private equity funds in the management of their portfolio companies, including financings, follow-on acquisitions and liquidity events.
Jaye is formerly an active member of, and now an advisor to, the Associates Committee of the Firm’s New York office.
